Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ExamTuring

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, redistribute, or sell exam questions or content from the platform
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring or AI prediction systems
• Do not use the platform to prepare fraudulent exam attempts

Content and accuracy

We strive to keep all exam content accurate and up to date. However, ExamTuring is a preparation tool and does not guarantee specific exam outcomes. Official exam formats, scoring, and content may change without notice from the exam authorities.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You can cancel your subscription at any time. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@examturing.com.
