Free trial

ExamTuring offers a free tier with limited access to exam content. We encourage you to try the platform before purchasing a paid plan so you can evaluate whether it meets your needs.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Refund eligibility

• Requests made within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, we will issue a refund regardless of timing
• Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@examturing.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We typically process refunds within 5-7 business days.

Non-refundable items

Refunds are not available for accounts that have been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
